We have been working really hard in class this term on our inquiries. Our theme for the term was Happy Habitats and we had to research an area around this. We have inquiries around ecosystems, food webs, food chains, plants, animal adaptations, animal diseases and invertebrates. Mrs Rogers has found a cool maths site www.sumdog.com You can sign up for free or play the maths games as a guest. If you sign up, you can create your own avatar and track your progress. You can play against the computer, your classmates or other avatars.

Room 5 has signed up with tutpup. It is a maths website that lets us challenge other people around the world to basic facts maths challenges in a safe environment. At school we are called yellow chicken 2032. We can also do spelling and other maths challenges too.

Students can sign up at home, our class code is rockin5. Students do not have to write down their name or any personal details.
